By accessing or using the ProEvoTech™ ecosystem and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. Our platform is designed as a comprehensive Business Operating System for professional use.

ProEvoTech™ provides an AI-powered business management ecosystem that includes CRM capabilities, automated communication, scheduling, and operational analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, though we strive to minimize disruption to your business operations.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials for your command centre. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our services (Foundation™, Momentum™, Evolution™) are billed on a subscription basis in advance. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All fees are non-refundable, including ProEvoAgents™ setup and deployment fees, once infrastructure configuration has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. This includes transmitting any malicious code, spam, or abusive content.

You are fully responsible for all communications and actions automated by your AI agents. You must ensure that your automated workflows comply with all relevant industry regulations and communication laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM).

The ProEvoTech™ platform, its original content, features, AI models, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProEvoTech and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ecosystem for your internal business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform.

ProEvoTech™ is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall ProEvoTech™, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProEvoTech™ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction.
